Finding cash buyers is pretty simple. When I have a property that I want to wholesale, I specifically search in @resimpli for cash buyers who have purchased a property in the same area where I’m trying to sell my house. I’ll also only look for cash buyers that have purchased within the last year so I know they’re still active. Once I have this list, I call them and let them know I have a property close to a project they purchased. Then I’ll ask if they’re interested in picking up more projects in the area and see what they say!
