Experienced Automotive Technicians (Drivability): Tired of working weekends? We’re known for taking on the repairs others avoid—especially drivability and electrical diagnostics—and we’re looking for a TRUE diagnostic master technician who can troubleshoot what others can’t. HERE’S WHAT WE OFFER OUR TECHS: ✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS • $70k - $100k/yr + Performance Based Bonuses ($35 - $48/hr) • 100% attendance bonus where you can earn one extra paycheck each year • 401k with a 3% employer match • 5 Paid holidays • 1 week vacation after one year (2 wks after 2 and 3 wks after 3) • Health insurance partial coverage ($200/mo stipend) • 1 set of work boots and 4 haircuts per year / belt and uniforms provided • ASE Testing reimbursement program • Employee discounts & team outings • Relocation Assistance Available – If you’re the right candidate, we’ll help you relocate to Springfield so you can hit the ground running. ✓ SIGN-ON BONUS + RELOCATION • Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus for techs with diagnostic experience in a professional repair facility who can step in and work independently • Payout timing: first payment after 30 days, then quarterly after that • Relocation assistance available if you’re the right fit ✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS!) – We want your life to work inside and outside of the shop.
