I used to believe success was hiding on the other side of working harder. Then I read The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone. For about two weeks, I went all in. Bigger goals. More hours. More hustle. We’re trying to do 10 things at once. We’re consuming too much information. We’re running too fast to hear ourselves think. The answer isn’t always to accelerate. Sometimes the answer is to slow down. Cut your 10-item to-do list down to one. Go for a walk. Read a book. Write in a notebook. Think deeply. Create something meaningful. Because in the age of AI, your value won’t come from being the busiest person in the room. Your value will come from having better taste. Better judgment. Better ideas. The future belongs to people who can think clearly, not merely hustle harder. Slow down. Your genius is waiting there.
