Ad text

To every person who found this page during a hard season … this one’s for you 💙 Something I didn’t expect when I hit 100K is how personal this still feels. 100,000 people have sat with these ideas about self-discovery, living authentically, and what it costs to keep performing at the level others expect. A lot of you told me the words here gave you language for something you’d been living with for years. That’s the whole point of this work for me. Every post I share comes from a real conversation, a session with a client, a question, or something I noticed within myself. This account started as a way to reach people who weren’t ready to walk into a therapist’s office but needed the information anyway. A hundred thousand people later, that’s still the goal. Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your struggles, your healing, and your time. The fact that you choose to spend a few moments here with me is something I never take for granted. As we hit this milestone, I want what comes next to matter to you. Drop a topic below that you’d love more insight around or share your thoughts about what’s been resonating the most with you. I read every comment ✨ With love, Esin
