@liana.vibes began her journey at Live Fit Gym with a cane & a mobility device. She couldn’t walk. She couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes—2 years of severe ACL injury, sciatica, and back pain had left her disabled. Step by step, week by week, she rebuilt her strength & her confidence. She even found community in our unlimited classes we offer: her favorite being low-impact gentle mindfulness moments like yoga. Today, @liana.vibes is thriving again. She travels solo to dream destinations, documents life through her camera lens, & coaches others to reconnect with their own mind-body power.
