We are looking for an experienced, organised and hands-on person to support IT procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, documentation, asset tracking and day-to-day operational administration. The role involves managing purchasing requests, comparing supplier quotations, preparing purchase orders, following up on deliveries, coordinating equipment movements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams with IT-related procurement and administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, logistics, administration or operations support, together with a practical understanding of IT equipment, components, licences, warranties and supplier terminology. Requirements: - Experience in procurement, logistics, administration or operations support - Good understanding of IT equipment and basic specifications - Strong organisation and attention to detail - Ability to manage follow-ups, deadlines and records - Good Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office skills - Fluent in Maltese and English - Reliable, discreet and able to take ownership - Experience with IT assets, suppliers, inventory systems, warranty claims or ERP platforms will be considered an asset.
