𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩: Onsite 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time (10 openings) 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞: Mid-shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), with an expected transition to night shift 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞: Up to PHP 60,000 total compensation 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: Immediate / As soon as available 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 *Provide Level 1 back-office support through chat and email channels in German and English. *Assist customers with account concerns, service requests, and basic troubleshooting. *Utilize approved translation tools (such as Google Translate) to ensure accurate, professional responses. *Properly document customer interactions, steps taken, and resolutions. *Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary while adhering to quality and privacy standards. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 *Basic to intermediate written German proficiency (verbal German ability is an advantage). *Good English communication and reading comprehension skills. *Open to entry-level applicants; prior experience in chat, email, back-office, or customer support is a plus. *Comfortable using computer systems, support software, and online translation platforms. *Willing to work onsite during a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and open to night shift transitions.
