Your responsibilities will include: • Managing client communication from initial enquiry through to completion • Chasing documentation and ensuring nothing is outstanding • Preparing and packaging compliant mortgage files • Updating systems accurately and in real time • Supporting advisers during busy call periods • Protecting standards at every stage of the process There is high call volume and high responsibility. You will be expected to: • Stay organised under pressure • Follow established processes precisely • Spot potential issues before they become problems • Take ownership rather than waiting to be told This role is demanding. It is also a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in financial services. You Might Be… • Currently working in admin, retail, hospitality or customer service • Already in financial services but under-challenged • Ambitious and ready for a platform to prove yourself Industry experience is helpful but not essential. Mindset is everything.
