Ad text
The Struggle-Strength without submission always collapses. Many “horses” spend years trusting their own willpower. And it works… Until it ruins them. Autonomy promises Liberty. But delivers bondage. The Psalmist wrote: “A horse is a vain hope for safety.” Paul understood this tension deeply: “What I will to do, I do not practice…” Even decades after his conversion, he wrestled with the pull of self-direction. The strongest personalities often feel spiritually marginalized — not because they lack faith, but because they’ve never been shown how to transfer trust from intellect to the Holy Spirit. They don’t need intimidation. They need spiritual maturity strong enough to guide them. Reflection: Where is willpower still your primary fuel source? This subject is explored more deeply in our Founders Journal https://www.spiritual-strategies.com/2025/10/10/a-home-for-the-horses/ Podcast “A Home for the Horses” Found in our Biblical Passages Podcasts: https://www.spiritual-strategies.com/passages-podcast/ #SpiritualMaturity #Discipleship #BiblicalTruth #SpiritualStrategies #FaithAndLeadership
