Where possible, placements are designed to be long-term with the same participant, providing consistency for both the worker and the participant. 🧩 Support typically involves: Community access, light household cleaning, grocery shopping, and general day-to-day support. No complex behaviours and no high physical support required — these are low-intensity, straightforward roles suited to experienced workers. 🕒 Shifts: Initial shifts may start with limited hours and increase over time, depending on participant needs and availability. 💰 Pay rates: • Weekdays: $40/hour • Saturdays: $55/hour • Sundays: $70/hour ⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This opportunity is strictly for active support workers only.
