Ad text
Mazal tov to Dmitry! This week, at 16 years old, after many months of study and preparation, he celebrated his first aliyah to the Torah at his Bar Mitzvah! Dmitry's family came to Israel from the Soviet Union and had very little knowledge of Judaism before he got involved in the local Ohr Yisrael youth group in Rosh Ayin. The teens and mentors were extremely excited to organize all of the details for a weekend celebration in honor of their friend!
