I ordered these 3 blinds custom made from Amazon so needless to say I couldn't return them, but they were the wrong size. I completely mis-measured. They measure 23"X47". They have two rods for opening & closing them & all the hardware. The package is barely opened. See for your selves in the included photos. I paid $450 for these blinds but will discount them to the first buyer that calls.
