I used to specialize in infant/child and adolescent mental health until I gave birth to my first son the week of California’s COVID shelter in place in March 2020. My postpartum experience completely rocked my world. That’s when I realized my specialization needed to shift to supporting mom’s postpartum! 6 years later, I’m now a postpartum clinical specialist, and a mom to two boys!
