We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Call Center Manager to lead our remote sales team, manage leads, increase conversions, and help drive daily revenue and patient bookings. Responsibilities Manage and motivate a remote team of telemarketers and sales representatives Monitor daily calls, lead follow-up, conversions, and sales performance Set and track individual and team sales targets Train team members on sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques Ensure inbound and outbound leads are contacted promptly Help the team qualify leads and convert them into appointments and sales Develop strategies to increase conversions and bring existing patients back Review call performance and provide coaching and feedback Ensure accurate CRM updates and lead tracking Prepare daily/weekly performance reports Identify opportunities to improve call center processes and sales results Requirements 2+ years of call center, telemarketing, sales, or sales management experience Previous experience managing or supervising a sales/call center team preferred Strong sales and closing skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Highly goal-oriented and motivated by results Comfortable managing a remote team independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Fluent English required CRM experience required or strongly preferred Experience in medical, aesthetic, wellness, or beauty services is a plus Employment Full-Time | Remote
