It’s difficult to put into words what this means. To have my name permanently recognized at the University of Guelph as a recipient of the Young Alumni Award (formerly Medal of Achievement) is an incredible honour. As someone who was born and raised in this community, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities, encouragement, and support I have received throughout the years. Being able to give back through martial arts, community service, and mentorship has always been the most rewarding part of what I do. Thank you to the University of Guelph, the Alumni Association, and our community for this incredibly humbling honour.
