But we rarely – if ever – relate to it this way. In this meditation course we are going to dive into liberating meditations in which we come to experience the vastness and utter flexibility of our own mind. We’re not stuck in a small box at all. We all have the capacity to demolish this sense of limitation. The result? A level of freedom and well-being that we most likely have never before experienced. About the teacher Kadam Lucy James is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre London. She has taught extensively in England, Florida, San Francisco & Colorado, and helped set up many thriving meditation centres in the past 40 years. A very early student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, she helped edit many of his books. She is regularly invited to teach courses around the United States and Europe due to her ability to present both simple and profound subjects with great clarity.
