This RVA homeowner is serious about house maintenance. She knew after 10 years, she needed to repaint before costly repairs crept up. Project Summary: This is a full exterior repaint that hadn't been done in 10+ years. With some rotten siding and trim, we needed to do some repairs before painting. Why They Are Painting: Wanted a fresh coat to protect the siding and to change the color. Wanted a new paint job that would last a very long time. Why They Called Us: They wanted a company who would do it by hand and spend the necessary time doing repairs and prepping to ensure a quality job. He also wanted: No Mess, No Stress Guarantee.
