PERSONAL TRAINING:- Whether you want to do one session a week or one a month, couples, singles, or small groups, our trainers have opportunities for members and non-members. Just message us with your details, and we'll get a trainer to message or call you back! Every new personal training client who signs on with a personal trainer in February will receive a swag pack. Our trainers are both team members ( employees ) and independent contractors who all hold first aid, WWC, insurance and registration with governing bodies. Our trainers work with clients on a variety of days and times.
