Our Beginner Pathway is the perfect way to begin, a structured, supportive introduction designed to build confidence, strength, and solid technique from day one. If you’ve been curious about reformer but want to feel informed, capable, and comfortable before jumping into full classes, this is for you. Beginner Pathway is a pack of 4 beginner-level reformer sessions for £85, valid over 4 weeks. Your sessions can be used across either of our beginner classes: Stability – our entry-level class, ideal if you are completely new to reformer Pilates. Spark – a beginner class suited to those with a little experience and in the early stages of their practice. You can book any Stability or Spark class of your choice within the 4-week period. This pathway supports you in learning the fundamentals, from understanding the reformer and key exercises, to developing good breath, form, and body awareness. You’ll build strength, confidence, and trust in your body, giving you a solid foundation to continue your practice. At the end of the pathway, you can progress into our wider class offering or continue at beginner level until you feel ready to move into all-levels classes.
