Ladies of Leicester Want to add something a bit different into your fitness plan? Want to simply get started on a different way to burn some calories? We might have the class for you and you get to try it for FREE. Every Tuesday at 7:15pm We hold a Martial Arts themed fitness session with target striking, general cardio, light weights and more at The Winstanley School in Braunstone in the main hall. Kick, punch, jog, skip and/or lift your way to a healthier you. No experience or equipment necessary. Drills & exercises are timed rounds so you only work as hard as you can manage. No competition, no pressure to "keep up" (unless you bring a buddy for a friendly challenge of course). Classes have been reduced to just £19 a month.
