We are proud to share that DBS CEO Tan Su Shan has been ranked 6th globally on Fortune’s 100 Most Powerful Women in Business list for 2026 – the only Singaporean in the top 10 this year, and one of just two Singaporeans on the list. This marks her third consecutive appearance on the global index, following her achievement as the reigning number one on Fortune Most Powerful Women in Asia in 2025. She was also named CEO of the Year at Markets Media's 2026 Women in Finance Asia Awards last week that celebrates the most accomplished women across the financial ecosystem – spanning institutions, markets, technology and fintech – who are shaping the industry’s future. Since joining DBS in 2010, Su Shan has led across our core consumer, wealth and institutional banking business before stepping into the CEO role in 2025.
