The first batch officially kicked off last April 13, 2026, and is expected to conclude on April 29, 2026, bringing together hundreds of young athletes nationwide for an intensive and values-driven training program. The large-scale rollout reflects TPGA’s growing reach and commitment to making quality basketball training accessible to more communities. Each location followed a structured program designed to develop players from Beginners to Advanced levels, ensuring proper progression and learning. According to Coach Ricky Longares, the initiative goes beyond just teaching basketball skills: “Our goal is to train more kids not only with the right fundamentals in basketball but also to be good individuals and leaders.” Throughout the program, participants were trained not only in dribbling, shooting, and game decision-making, but also in discipline, teamwork, respect, and leadership—core values that define TPGA’s system. Parents and stakeholders have expressed strong support for the program, citing its positive impact on children—helping them stay active, build confidence, and develop life skills while reducing time spent on gadgets.
