Though the lineage has stood strong for centuries, it was in 2005 that this living tradition was established as Athmakalari, a space dedicated to preserving and evolving the essence of Kalari. Under the guidance of Guru Vipin Gurukkal, Athmakalari has become more than a training ground – it is a living Gurukul, where discipline, healing, and self-discovery blend seamlessly. Students here don’t just learn techniques; they experience a way of life, immersed in tradition while finding their own inner strength.
