Here’s what a day in our after-school program looks like: When we pick up your child from their school in one of our 8 safety-certified buses, they'll arrive at our site, change into their martial arts uniform, and start every single session with meditation. This meditation teaches them to quiet their minds, focus on themselves, and control their emotions instead of being distracted by what they see on social media or hear from peers. After meditation, they will train in martial arts where they are learning discipline, respect, and how to carry themselves with confidence. Plus, our Master is personally communicating with their teachers, so if your kid is struggling with focus in math class or being disruptive during reading time, we reinforce those exact areas during training.
