Ad text
In Acts Chapter four, the Book said that as the Ministers fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “separate me Paul and Barnabas for the work which I have called them.” The work was not behind the pulpit, because they were sent out from the Church to a field assignment. The Deputy Premier, Sergius Paulus, had sought to hear the Word of God from them (Acts 13:7). Meanwhile, satan the Opposer had also prepared a certain Elymas, a sorcerer, to prevent that meeting, by resisting them (Acts 13:8). However, they triumphed over the sorcerer. This shows that satan is also interested in influential Government figures. Many times, Ministers of the Gospel think that their calling is only behind the Pulpit. The Lord is also interested in the kind of personalities that lead a Nation. Why? That devil is also interested in them. JESUS IS THE KING OF KINGS.
