🔥 HIRING: SEO ENGINEER 🔥 ⚡ 100% REMOTE | COMPETITIVE PAY | REAL GROWTH PATH ⚡ Are you the kind of technical SEO who lives inside Search Console and can't sleep when crawl errors are piling up? Who looks at a broken site architecture and already knows three ways to fix it? We're scaling our organic search engine and we ONLY want engineers who've already done the work. If you're still Googling what an INP score is, this isn't your role. 🚀 WHAT YOU GET: ✅ 100% remote — work from anywhere ✅ Competitive pay with real upside as you grow ✅ Equipment budget — we set you up to win ✅ Health benefits + clear career progression ✅ A team that actually understands what you do (no explaining why render-blocking JS tanks your rankings to your manager) 🎯 WHAT WE NEED: 🔧 Technical SEO mastery — crawl architecture, indexing logic, canonicalization, hreflang, log file analysis. You've diagnosed it all. 🔧 Core Web Vitals firepower — LCP, INP, CLS. You know which levers to pull and why the score moved. 🔧 Cloudflare fluency — DNS, caching, page rules, Workers, and Transform Rules. You've shipped real configurations, not just toggled switches. 🔧 JavaScript SEO & rendering — SSR, dynamic rendering, hydration issues. You know what Googlebot actually sees. 🔧 Schema & structured data — implementation, debugging, and optimization for rich results and AI Overviews. 🔧 Communication that doesn't suck — you can explain a crawl budget issue to a non-technical stakeholder without making them feel dumb. 🚨 DON'T APPLY IF: ❌ You've "read the guides" but never shipped a technical SEO fix in production ❌ You think Core Web Vitals is just a PageSpeed score ❌ You need step-by-step instructions to audit a site ❌ You're looking for a casual gig — organic search moves fast and so do we 💥 We review every application within 48 hours. Strong candidates get a short async assessment, then a video interview. We hire fast when we find the right person. 👉 TAP APPLY AND FINISH THE FORM BELOW. (Serious SEO engineers only — if you're hesitating, you're not the one.)
