As the breath opens the body and its energy channels, suppressed emotions, old memories, tension, and protective patterns may gently come to the surface to be witnessed, felt, and released. 🌪️ Breathwork can support us in accessing deeper layers of the subconscious and create space for insight, release, and healing. Held in a safe and guided space, this class is inspired by Rebirthing (Clarity Breathwork) and offers an opportunity to release old patterns and reconnect with deeper parts of yourself. 🙏🏼 There will be time for inquiry before the breathing journey, and integration and sharing afterwards.
