IF YOU SEE THIS AD THE TRAILER IS AVAILABLE. I bought the trailer new in July 2024 with the following factory options: air conditioner, insulated ceiling and walls and Thermocool ceiling liner, rear ramp door, roof vent, extended tongue, 30 amp electrical package (2 ea 112 volt outlets, 2 bright LED ceiling lights with wall switch, circuit breaker box, Bargman plug, cable and connectors), electric brakes, 15-inch radial tires with spare, side door with lockable latch plus bar latch, and 2 stabilizer jacks. The “Advanced” model comes with stonger/larger steel tubes in the walls and ceiling, and thicker wood in ceiling and walls, aluminum fenders with LED running lights, bright LED tail and stop lights, 3,500 LB spring axle with 4-inch drop with EZ lube hubs, 75-inch (6’3”) interior height, 2,000 LB tongue jack, Galvalume roof. UPGRADES: I painted the interior walls and ceiling with a glossy white to brighten the interior; painted the floor and ramp with outdoor high-friction gray paint; added 5 E-Track rails on the floor for attaching motorcycle wheel chocks (removeable) or securing other equipment, and the wall mounted E-Track rail with moveable hooks and bag for hanging or storing straps, electrical cables and other small items; and, added 2 shelves in the V-nose front (both of the right side shelves are hinged and fold up to easily access the electric circuit breaker box). OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: 1 ½ ton scissor jack (for changing tires), heavy duty trailer hitch lock, 3 padlocks that all use the same key (for the bar locks – 2 on the rear ramp door, and 1 on the side door), a small 112V electric heater, a small 112V electric, a 2-burner Coleman stove with propane bottle, 2 plastic wheel chooks, a Porta-Potti with disinfectant and a 5-gallon water jug. Does NOT include the generator shown in some of the photos. The trailer is in excellent condition, pulls straight, never wrecked and only has about 2,000 miles on it, so tires are like new. It pulls easily with my 4-cylinder Ford Maverick pickup truck. $7,300 with all of the optional accessories, OBO. No trades. I am selling it due to age and medical problems. Located in Greenville, NC.
