This is my 20 minutes. Every night after bedtime, I sit on this couch. Same blanket. Same mug. Same baby monitor glowing on the side table. For months, I spent those 20 minutes scrolling through my phone, looking at my thinning hair in the front camera, googling "postpartum hair loss when does it stop" for the hundredth time. Now I spend them differently. I still sit on the same couch. I still have the same mug. But instead of spiraling, I'm actually doing something about it. Something that takes zero effort, fits into the time I already have, and is backed by published clinical research. The routine that's working for me takes 20 minutes, 3 times a week. I do it during nap time or after bedtime. That's it. I'm not going to tell you what it is here. But I wrote about the whole journey --- how I found it, why I was skeptical, and what happened in the first 8 weeks.
