Ryan joined us for a 6 Week Challenge to trim up, gain energy and boost strength. He had a lot of plans in the back of his mind and his body was not where he wanted it to be. He knew he wanted a change and we got him on the right path. In 6 weeks, even with setbacks, he accomplished tremendous goals, boosting all his lifts, increasing mobility and finding more of his "why". He kept on going strong with his coach and 1 year later the world opened up in front of him. By hitting his goals, trusting the process, and having accountability he discovered so many new things. A new body capable of anything, a new mindset ready to take on all challenges and new appreciation of what he CAN do. He gained the confidence and mojo to marry the love of his life, to start cycling year-round, to take on new challenges and with his attitude he is ready for anything. We absolutely are so proud and happy for Ryan in every way. He shows that hard work and self-trust will take you to a new level and we are just so humbled that he chooses to take the journey with us at 360 Fitness. Ryan's not done. Not even close.
