The first cohort of the DIVE - Digital Innovation & Vocational Employability Training Programme marked an important milestone, completing an intensive 8-week journey designed to equip young graduates with practical, industry-relevant skills for an evolving digital economy. From AI and prompt engineering to coding, robotics, digital marketing and content creation, participants moved beyond the classroom to build portfolios, develop prototypes, create campaigns and tackle real-world challenges. The experience reflects a core principle of DIVE: when young people have access to the right skills, tools and opportunities to apply them, they can become active contributors to the digital and innovation ecosystem.
