By Idaho Senior Transitions! While our Estate Sale Manager is Away, the Owner is at Play!! A little different than our in person sales…this home doesn’t have a lot but what it does have is in EXCELLENT condition!! Each separately listed set is being sold as one complete package. Instead of bidding on individual items, you’re bidding on everything listed in that set!! Everything works, no surprises! ⏰ Auction: Today, Thursday, June 25 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (MDT) 📝 How it Works • Each room has its own post with a complete inventory list. • Place your bid in the comments on that room’s post. Minimum bid increments of $5 from previous bids. • Please keep all bids in the original post (no private message bids). • Highest bid at 8:00 PM wins. 💲 Payment Payment is due immediately after the auction closes via Cash App (I do not have access to Venmo). Winning bidders will receive payment instructions. 📍 Pickup Saturday at 10:00 AM South Meridian Eagle & Lake Hazel (exact address provided to winning bidders) ✔️ Please bring help to load large or heavy items, I am NOT a lifter and no deliveries 🤗 ✔️ All items are sold AS IS. No holds, returns, or exchanges. I have done my best to represent the items true condition! ✔️ Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time may be offered to the next highest bidder. Yes, I am firm on pick up time (or very close to) 🙏 Good luck and happy bidding! We hope this makes it fun and gives everyone a chance to score a great room full of treasures! 🥳 SETS - ROOMS SELF CARE N CRAFTS Min Starting Bid $50 Desk 48w 24d 29t Epson XP-440 Comrelax massage mat Knitting needles Storage bins Pet picture frame Double glass picture frame Sun Windchimes HANDY HOME COLLECTION Min Starting Bid $25 2 suitcases Samsonite travel bag Pet stroller Yard fairy lights 4 Flower pots (3 not shown all match) 2 HEPA filters 2 alarm clocks Sante Fe Brass Windchime Rolling desk stand Power drill Sheet sander Weed stop 2 Coleman lanterns Silver flush ceiling mount light Black modern ceiling fan with lights Various yard tools Various garage tools Car phone holder Yard flags Wall decor Wrist & neck support WALK N COOL Min Starting Bid $100 NEW Sunny SF-T7632 Treadmill 26w 52 t 16d ($retails 700 new) Pelonis fan CLOSET COUTURE Min Starting Bid $50 Double Clothing Rack 46w 69t 22d With closet rod extender 3 new shoe racks in the box Bundled Shelving system (size unknown) 4 compartment storage 12w 18t 30d Shoe rack (size unknown) Velvet hangars Misc M & L women’s clothes BARK N BUBBLES Min Starting Bid $25 Cleaning supplies Cleaning towels Vinegar Dog food & treats Dog toys, bed, water bowl Woof Mug Dog house Slider door pet door 12w x 76.5t LOFT & FOUND Min Starting Bid $100 4 Grey Leather counter stools Black Mirror 29x35 Matching 2x8’ runner & 8.5x10 (approx) rug Silver floor lamp Silver Lasko floor fan Black and driftwood side table 2 tension rods with 2 lengths grey cafe curtains FIRESIDE & FILM Minimum Starting Bid $200 Pair of matching tan leather electric 31 34d 38t recliners, excellent condition Electric fireplace 55x29t 16d Proscan TV with remote 4 blankets 19” round mahogany side table (slight wobble can be tightened) LED decorative tree FORK YEAH!!
