GOD’S GLAD TIDINGS In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, you are urged to read God’s glad tidings. The time is very imminent when every single believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, (past and present) will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air to be for ever with Him; and very soon afterwards trouble, such as this world has not known, will occur, especially in the Western World and in Israel. After about three and a half years Christ shall intervene with overwhelming force and cast Satan into the abyss, and the Beast (the future political head in the West) and the Antichrist (the false prophet in Israel) alive into hell, and then Christ will establish His kingdom in this world for a thousand years (the millennium). After the millennium is over, Satan will be released from the abyss and shortly afterwards be cast into hell. Then that scene depicted in the Revelation, chapter 20, vv. 11 to 15, will occur: And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it . . . And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; . . . And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. For over two thousand years God has by the Holy Spirit and through His apostle Paul and others, commanded persons to repent and believe in His glad tidings; and He commands you (if you have not already done so) to acknowledge your sinnership to Him. If you then believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and His shed blood, God will fully forgive you, give you the Holy Spirit and you will be in Christ's assembly. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER WAY TO BE SAVED. THE ALTERNATIVE IS ETERNAL DAMNATION. Christ, who in His Person is ever God, came into this world over two thousand years ago through His mother Mary. He was born of the Holy Spirit, and neither His mother nor His father Joseph had anything to do with the origin of His birth. Before His birth, He was subsisting in the form of God (which is inscrutable), and He created all things. He grew up in His sinless, holy life of obedience to God, His Father, and when He was in His mid-thirties He was scourged and crucified by Pontius Pilate. The crucifixion of our Lord occurred at 9 a.m. on Friday, and from noon till about 3 p.m. God judged Him for every sin that has ever been committed. At about 3 p.m. God totally forsook Him, and Jesus cried with a loud voice, my God, my God; why hast thou forsaken me?. Shortly afterwards, He again cried with a loud voice, bowed His head and dismissed His own spirit. When He was dead, a soldier pierced His side and blood and water came out. He was buried, but He rose from the dead the third day, and forty days later He ascended to His Father in heaven, where He lives to die no more. God’s acceptance of you if you have faith in Christ and His shed blood proves that you are saved for eternity. This, the one and only way to salvation, can be verified by reference to the Holy Scriptures, which are the Infallible Word of God.
