It uses solar technology to provide the energy needed, and that could be setup on a grid, so that a family's surplus energy produced could feed the grid for other buildings. Solar panels are part of the build of the homes, to get the energy needed. And other energy efficient tech. The entire system is energy efficient and full of natural light. All for $7,999 as the start price. Once we start adopitng this, there will be bo need for being locked into to a mortgage that takes a lifetime to pay. It opens up so many cool possibilites. Opening the possibilty for the poor to be homed globally. Opening the opportunity for easy living, with more money & time for the enjoyment of life. Opening the space for getting back to good community values. The best way to farm, limiting encrouchment on nature. Vertical farming like the Dutch are doing. Vertical farming works on clever recycling principles, making farming much more optimal. For recycling of water and feeding plants - Aquaculture is the way to go. Aquaculture systems can be implemented in a single garden, or for whole communities. It is technically really simple & in line with nature. You collect rain water naturally in various fish tanks. The fish naturally keep the water clean. The poo from the fish is processed technically without you needing to touch it or do anything once it is set up. Fish poo provides natural organic food for growing your own family's organic vegetables and plants, or for a whole community. Once setup, you don't have to do anything other than gardening & collecting food. You can instead enjoy watching the fish and enjoying how the system flows naturally like mother nature does.
