We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Development Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate quality leads, and execute results-oriented digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns. Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max). Develop high-converting marketing funnels and landing pages. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Optimize Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates. Lead Generation Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns. Develop and execute lead generation strategies. Support the sales team with high-quality leads. Improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing. Brand Development Develop and execute branding strategies. Build brand awareness across digital platforms. Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging. Plan and manage branding campaigns. Social Media Marketing Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms. Create and maintain monthly content calendars. Increase audience engagement and organic growth. Monitor social media performance and insights. SEO & Website Marketing Conduct keyword research. Perform basic On-page SEO. Optimize website content for search engines. Monitor website performance using Google Search Console. Analytics & Reporting Configure Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager. Track campaign performance and conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. Recommend improvements based on data analysis. Email Marketing Create and manage email marketing campaigns. Develop customer engagement and lead nurturing campaigns. Support customer retention initiatives. Collaboration Coordinate with the Design, Content, Sales, and Management teams. Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing. Experience with Audience Targeting and Retargeting. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Basic understanding of SEO. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong English communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. Preferred Skills Experience in agency or service-based marketing. B2B lead generation experience. LinkedIn and YouTube marketing knowledge. Email marketing and automation experience. Familiarity with CRM software. Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar productivity tools. Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with a Diploma and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
