Do you love chatting with people and helping families find the perfect childcare setting? We're looking for a Welsh-speaking Enrolment Officer to become the welcoming voice behind Pobl Bach. You'll support families from their very first enquiry, booking nursery tours, answering questions, following up enquiries and guiding parents through the enrolment process using our Childcare Automation system. This role is perfect for someone with a background in sales, admissions or customer service who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
