Tiny Toez East Valley is looking for a full-time Deputy Manager to join our friendly and supportive management team 💛 You’ll play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager with daily operations, leading staff, and helping us continue to provide outstanding care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. 📍 Location: Tiny Toez East Valley 💷 Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday between 7:30am – 6:00pm (No weekends!) 📅 Start Date: ASAP 🌱 What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ Supporting and leading the nursery team ✔ Maintaining high standards of care, safety & education ✔ Managing staff rotas, training & child development records ✔ Liaising with parents and external agencies ✔ Deputising for the Nursery Manager when required ✅ What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years childcare experience (required) • 2 years childcare management experience (preferred) • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (required) • Passion for delivering high-quality early years education Desirable (but not essential): Safeguarding Level 1 & 2, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety 💚 Why Join Tiny Toez?
