Every holiday season, people say, “I’ll start after the holidays.” But here’s the truth: Waiting is the first form of resistance. The moment you tell your subconscious, “I’ll change later,” it registers change as unsafe now. It moves the goal out of reach and locks the current pattern in place. That’s why most New Year’s resolutions don’t last. They’re built on pressure, guilt, and deadlines; not safety, readiness, and emotional alignment. The subconscious doesn’t respond to dates on a calendar. It responds to consistency, calm, and belief. When you’re stressed, busy, or overwhelmed, your brain interprets that as danger. It resists new habits because it doesn’t want to add more change to an already unstable environment. That’s why willpower collapses by February. The conscious mind makes the promise. The subconscious mind breaks it - to protect you. But when you start from calm instead of chaos, change actually sticks. When your nervous system feels safe, you stop rebelling against your own goals. You start aligning with them. That’s why it’s so powerful to start before the new year. You give your subconscious a head start. You begin creating safety around change now, so your body and mind are already in sync when January arrives. That’s exactly what we do inside the 7-Day Reset. We don’t wait for the calendar to change. We retrain your subconscious to feel safe changing now. If this speaks to you, use the PROMO CODE "READY" to join for $97 ($297 value). I’ll show you how to start your own reset before the year even begins. https://go.ceandersonlive.com/RI7
