Not a manual testing role. Not a design-review role. This is about automated confidence, release safety and scalable quality infrastructure for an AI-assisted engineering team. About us: As a platform for e-learning and membership areas, we help coaches, trainers and businesses create learning experiences simply and effectively. Our software is already used by over 2 million users worldwide. Your responsibilities: 🧩 Build and evolve Playwright-based E2E, smoke and regression tests with stable fixtures, selectors and test data conventions ⚙️ Integrate automated quality gates into GitHub Actions and release pipelines — define what runs on every PR, nightly and pre-release 🔍 Reproduce, isolate and document bugs with enough technical precision for fast resolution 🤖 Establish quality standards for AI-generated and developer-generated code — same bar, different workflow 🤝 Technically coach and enable the existing QA Engineer around automation, DevOps and AI tooling — no disciplinary management Your profile: ✅ 5+ years in software quality assurance or software engineering in test ✅ 2+ years building or owning test automation in a production environment ✅ Strong Playwright expertise (or Cypress/Selenium with willingness to transition) ✅ Solid CI/CD experience, preferably GitHub Actions + Docker ✅ Confidence debugging frontend-heavy SaaS applications and API-backed workflows ✅ Clear communication style for bug reports, risk assessments and strategy decisions We offer: 💰 80,000 €+ salary, depending on experience 🏡 100% remote — work from anywhere 📈 Full technical ownership of QA strategy and infrastructure 🎁 Benefit budget, team events & welcome bonus 📝 Full-time position, fixed-term contract Ready to make velocity reliable?
