𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Develop and lead comprehensive 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 aligned with Gtation’s business objectives, revenue targets, and long-term growth plans. • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across 𝗦𝗘𝗢, 𝗦𝗘𝗠, 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, and other relevant digital channels. • 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, ensuring effective task allocation, performance monitoring, coordination, and timely delivery of campaigns. • Develop 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall ROI. • Monitor and analyze 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, campaign results, customer insights, and digital trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Oversee Gtation’s overall 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, ensuring consistent brand positioning, high-quality content, and effective customer engagement across websites, social media platforms, and relevant third-party platforms. • Manage and maintain 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, understand their business objectives, and develop customized digital marketing strategies to achieve measurable results. • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and creative/technical teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and projects. • Work closely with clients and operations teams to develop and promote new products, menu launches, special offers, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. • Prepare and present regular 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, and 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 to management and clients. • Manage 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance and return on investment. • Stay updated with 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀, technologies, platform updates, competitor activities, and industry best practices. • Contribute to 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, including identifying new opportunities, supporting client acquisition, and developing strategies to increase agency revenue and profitability. • Take ownership of overall 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and achievement of assigned business objectives.
