It’s a big day here at Condensed Magic. New website subsection [link in bio] is up, with a PDF guide to deciding between Qigong and Taiji [both is best!], an introductory meditation course, and opportunities to book weekly drop in classes online and IRL. Also first posts on my new Substack and YouTube Channel [both linked from site]. All of it is a work in progress, some bits and pieces still to fall into place, but very excited to expand the practice in ways that let people participate who aren’t in Lisbon or can’t make the weekly in person classes.
