Plenty of work went into this project to ensure the customers got the best possible outcome... Shed dismantled to be resited, concrete pad in and built back up, between 40 and 50 ton of spoil removed (spoil putting it politely 🫣) 20 ton of good quality topsoil brought in to ensure proper drainage and a healthy lawn year round, 10-15 ton of type 1 in compacted in in 50mm stages and then "Lunar Off White" porcelain paving supplied by paving stones direct and fitted by ourselves. We went against standard procedures on this one with the patio running towards the house so any heavy downpours won't be puddling the lawn up (even now it's free draining on top of the new decent soil) we still felt this was also a good idea...
