🎖🎖ETHAN’S EFFORT EARNS DOUBLE PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS, SNAPS CROSSTOWN STREAK! 📰📰After a stunning performance in the crosstown rivalry between Oswego East High School and Oswego East High School, Oswego standout sophomore guard Ethan Vahl was named Player of the Week by BOTH The Beacon News and Record Newspapers - Shaw Local. 🏀E. delivered a career night, scoring 29 points, including the go-ahead three-pointer in overtime, as Oswego defeated Oswego East to snap a 16-game crosstown losing streak. His clutch shooting and leadership fueled a historic win for the Panthers in one of the area’s most intense rivalries. When asked about the significance of the victory, Ethan reflected on what the moment meant to him. ❗️“This was amazing,” E. said. “I had a lot of fun with my teammates. We played hard. We’ve been wanting this win for a long time. I’ve been waiting for this win for a long time. I’ve wanted this feeling ever since I was a little kid.” 👏🏾CONGRATULATIONS, NEPHEW!
