Our summer program introduces kids to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, two martial arts that help children build confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect while staying active and having fun. First session is on April 7, 2026 (Tuesday) 10:00 AM. To make sure every child receives the right level of instruction and attention, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes will have two sessions based on experience level. Kids Session 1 – Beginner Introduction: Wed & Fri 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM This session is designed for children with little to no background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Kids will learn basic movements, safety on the mats, and simple beginner techniques in a supportive and beginner-friendly environment. Kids Session 2 – Fundamentals and Skill Development: Wed & Fri 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM This session is for children who already have basic knowledge or previous training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The class focuses on improving foundational skills and introducing more structured drills to help them continue progressing. Judo is an Olympic martial art that teaches children balance, movement, and controlled throwing techniques, while also learning how to fall safely and move with coordination. Kids Session Mixed - Tue & Thur 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Both disciplines help kids develop physical fitness, focus, resilience, and problem-solving skills.The program is designed to introduce children to martial arts in a safe, structured, and fun environment while helping them develop confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect.
