Carloman Solutions Incorporated is looking for a Geodetic Engineer to join our team — handling land survey support, geodetic documentation, and government agency coordination. What you'll be doing: Provide technical support to land survey and construction survey teams Prepare billing and coordinate with clients on technical matters Coordinate with DENR, LRA, and other government agencies to verify land records Prepare location plans, topographic plans, subdivision plans, vicinity maps, and related survey documents Prepare, sign, and seal Geodetic Engineer's Reports, technical descriptions, and survey narratives Verify and document land survey data for certifications, boundary confirmation, and area computation Review and validate survey documents for registration, titling, and government/private transactions Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of geodetic documents What we're looking for: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering or equivalent Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply With experience in land surveying, geodetic reports, certifications, and location plans is a plus Knowledgeable in applicable laws and standards for land surveys and land registration Proficient in survey instruments, CAD/GIS software, and documentation preparation Detail-oriented with strong analytical and technical documentation skills Able to coordinate with government agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and compliance with ethical standards Interested?
