Our aim is to assist tenants to have their issues resolved as quickly and conveniently as possible. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and keen to learn. Full training is provided to meet company standard and provide tenants with the best advice. In this role, you will be working in a team environment within the community speaking face to face with tenants to identify any disrepairs to their home, such as damp, mould, leaks etc. You will advise tenants on the best course of action to have these issues resolved.
