Because this is our home, it goes without saying that we are looking for the right fit in a housemate. DRUNKS, DRUG USERS &/OR LOUD PARTYERS OF ANY KIND NEED NOT APPLY. If you are unfriendly, or maladjusted, or if you hate kitties or puppies, we probably won't get along. We are a fun, happy, hilariously quirky couple with a 10-year-old dog that will insist on being your best friend. People who are activists, judgmental, or in any way just plain curmudgeonly are not a good fit for us. We enjoy movies, new food experiences & spending time with friends. All that being said, the available lower level includes a large bedroom (19' x 13'), a big cedar closet, your own full bathroom, as well as a furnished living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and French doors that go out to the patio and a large fenced-in backyard. **In-district tuition rates for Harper College**. This is a whole-house share, so you are welcome to the upstairs common areas, too. The $900.00 per month rent is all-inclusive. It includes Comcast internet, DirecTV, all utilities, driveway parking, monthly cleaning lady service, etc. You would be welcome to speak to any or all of our previous housemates as a reference. You will likely meet them anyway since they visit often and we can't seem to get rid of them LOL (j/k Melissa, Tara, Kim, Maria, Mila !!) As we said earlier, we must find someone who "fits" with us, so there is no huge rush on our end to fill the vacancy. We would even hold the place for the right person. This is a we-have-free-space-and-who-couldn't-use-extra-money type of situation. There is no monkey business here and no weird strings attached.
