The evaluation process, reminiscent of an international “Dragon’s Den,” calls for a clear vision, sustainability, and strong investment value. Alexandrou Chora – The Great stood out among the leading projects from the outset and ultimately claimed the top spot, confirming its momentum and international outlook.
