“I was blown away by the construction of this thing, the griddle plate itself is thick and well constructed. I don’t think I’ll be seeing warping and buckling like my classic carbon steel griddle. At this price point. It’s a steal for what it is. Truly feels like a commercial griddle. It also cleans really easily and having a stainless folding lid is a huge plus in my opinion. No more black paint falling onto my burgers when steaming cheese.
