We’re baaaaaaack 🧘‍♀️🌳 My monthly yoga day retreats are back for the third year in a row. I’ve been a bit quiet sharing them thanks to new baby life, but the first one has already sold out 😱 These days are a gorgeous way to reset and connect with nature on a dedicated day away from screens, work, kids, usual daily pressures. I feel so lucky to have brought together such wonderful different people month on month - thank you to all who have popped in over the last three years, and if you fancy it, come back and see me 🫶 Come alone or with your friends, mums, dads, sisters. We welcome all ✨️ No need to have yoga experience, no need to have a fancy matching set, no need to pretend to like herbal teas (but there will be loads available for those who do 😅). I’m working with the glorious @earthly_healings_kitchen_ for a nourishing, seasonal lunch. Come for that alone! There will be special guest sessions based around each element 👀 Small group, just limited to 12 spaces each time. 2026 dates are now open. 🔗 Booking via: aetheryoga.org/book-retreats (link in bio) 🥰 Charlotte 🦋 xx
